ProDentim refund rules

This page does not take orders. Refunds are handled by the seller and by ClickBank, the retailer. The rules below are the seller's own, summarized from its refund page.

The 60-day guarantee

• The 60 days are counted from the day your order is delivered. Check your tracking number for the delivery date.
• Email the seller's support with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
• Send all bottles back, empty or not, with the packing slip and a note that includes your name, email and order ID.
• You pay the return shipping.

When the money returns

According to the seller, the refund is processed a few days after the package arrives, and it takes 5 to 10 days to show on your card.
